1.Application:

3-5 Core Power Cable Laying Up Machine is provided with HMI+PLC control system for pre-setting laying up pitch and for speed synchronization with the take up.

 

Description
The cage type cable laying-up machine is 100% back twisted and stranded.
Designed for laying up power conductors with 3-5 round cores and straight or sector shape cores. Equipped with dual wheel pulling capstan when running small size cables or with haul off caterpillar for bigger power cables.
The machine is provided with HMI+PLC control system for pre-setting laying up pitch and for speed synchronization with the take up.
Optionally maximum of 24 pieces of filling bobbins.

4.2.7 The winch is operated through the HMI touch screen, and the programmable controller PLC coordinates and controls the start, stop, jog and other operations of the cage.

4.2.8 The 1250/3 stranding cage is supported by the reduction box and the large bearing seat. The main shaft is a whole piece of high-quality seamless steel pipe, driven by a separate AC variable frequency motor, and has the left and right stranding function. 100% back-twist twisting is realized through the planetary gear mechanism.

4.2.9 The whole machine is designed for high-speed operation, without tugboat load, and runs through the reduction box and the internal bearing of the large bearing seat. The interior of the reduction box is sprayed and lubricated by the oil pump motor; oil supply, lubrication and cooling are circulated through the oil pump motor (patented design).

4.2.10 The back-twist mechanism of the stranding cage adopts planetary gear back-twist, which can withstand large torque.

4.2.11 The cage pre-twisting mechanism is driven by 3 geared motors and can be adjusted online.

4.2.12 The stranding cage is independently driven by a 45KW AC motor with a built-in encoder. The encoder operates in a closed-loop control system and is coordinated and controlled by the programmable logic controller PLC and each unit.

4.2.13 Pay-off tension: The reel frame provides the tension required for pay-off through mechanical belt friction, and the tension can be adjusted manually.

4.2.14 Braking system: winch cage braking through: air pressure brake, frequency converter, braking resistor, etc. are coordinated by PLC to complete the braking process. The entire braking process is synchronized with the whole machine to ensure stable pitch.

4.2.15 There are 12 sets of filling rope pay-off racks at the outlet end of twisted body.

4.2.16 Various protections such as drive motor failure alarm, large bearing over-temperature alarm, circulating oil supply shortage alarm, etc. When a fault occurs, the man-machine interface prompts and displays specific fault information, which is convenient for troubleshooting and maintenance.
